In 2016, Curse was acquired by Twitch.tv, an Amazon company. We joined a growing family of other Amazon subsidiaries who all help each other and offer opportunity to grow mutual shared value for Amazon. Since our core competency is building communities, Amazon tapped us to build its new Devices forum.
I was assigned as the lead designer on this project and was tasked with using the Amazon branding guidelines to turn our base forums into something that looked and felt like an Amazon site.
